I have always ordered from here because they are unfortunately the only place around that delivers. But no matter what myself or my coworkers order it always manages to be a disaster. This place is run by a bunch of teenagers and the manager Bella is just as bad as the kids.  This place sucks on a whole another level.  They will manage to give you your order messed up or they will forget something. They just don't give a damn and do not have any customer service skills. Stay away from this Sh*thole

Great prices and very friendly staff.  By far they have a superior store to any of the same type within a 50 mile radius.

It's ok.  The bagels are fluffier and have less bite than I prefer.  Friendly service.
