I had a great experience with Rudy! He showed up on time and quickly helped me identify the leak that's been driving up my water bill for the past few months. Based on my short interaction with him it was clear that he's a genuinely nice guy who enjoys helping people (even amateurs like myself) and takes pride in his work. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me understand how the piping works in my house. I won't hesitate to call Street Plumbing & Rooter next time something goes wrong.

Had to use these folks due to home warranty.  I am giving the company one star due to the terrible customer service of SHARON HIPOL.  

The issue: 
The company initially wanted to charge us $250 for permit and processing for a new water heater.  The tech put me in touch with an internal service representative SHARON HIPOL, because she was supposedly better able to help me understand the permit requirements online.   On the phone she completely lied..three times.  First she stated San Mateo County charges $200 for permits (lie #1).  I asked her to help me understand online where she saw that.  She walked me through the online process...and when I checked on the San Mateo County website, I confirmed wither her thee fee I saw on the website was was $85.  Then she said their company had to call the San Mateo County office in order to get that quote and their company's out of pocket cost was $120 (lie #2).  Based upon her logic, I asked her if the  "processing fee" was $140.  She dodged the questions.  During this whole time she was rude, she kept on cutting me off, and I was unable to even ask clarification questions.  Finally she stated that no matter what county I lived in, it was a flat $250 processing fee (lie #3).  As someone who used to work in a call center and have to deal with thousands of unhappy customers, I was in complete shock of her rudeness, her lack of professionalism, and outright awfulness.  I don't know what kind of company hires these kind of individuals.  

The service we received from the service tech, WESLEY was outstanding however.  He was kind, he explained every line item, and he was patient in helping me understand exactly what we were paying for.  SHARON HIPOL, however, needs some remedial customer service training.  

BUYER BEWARE OF SHARON HIPOL.  Please, for the love of God, get her some remedial customer service training.

"[Service, Timeliness, Technician] The last/previous plumber, he just removed the cover of the toilet & adjusted the water pressure. Street plumbing, Shawn, did more work: checked the water pressure, snaked it so many times & then explained everything to me. He is on time, friendly, professional, has a respectful tone of voice. Absolute worst. Use these guys at the risk of your life and the life of your family. After 3 monthe of crappy service, waiting for parts and waiting even longer to book a appointment I was finally told my water heater under ther warranty was fixed.
I work a 70+ hour week came home,ate and went to sleep  woke up with a raging headache and my Wife telling me She smelled gas in the garage
Strong odor of gas from water heater!!!

However these clowns
have no answering service!!!
No after hour point of contact !!!
Its 10:00 at night I have shut off the valve to the house all windows are open and these numbskull, numbnuts, nincompoop, halfwit, hoser, bonehead, knucklehead, fathead, butthead, birdbrain, scissorbill, twit, nitwit, twerp. are missing in action.
It is incomprehensible that a business engaged in the inherent dangers of natural gas could be so callous and uncaring, heedless, unmindful, unkind, uncharitable, ungracious, impolite, discourteous, rude, disrespectful to not have a emergency contact number.
I might not have woke up.This is why busineses get lawsuits

STAY AWAY.. FAR AWAY !!!!!!
