My husband went there to get a drink and some food...they were out of all lids and the food they had left looked old. Went to pay for his drink and ice cream and the lady was so rude. She acted as if people were bothering her by making her do her job.  No wonder no one is hardly there anymore.

Used to visit this stripes in Willis,tx on hwy 75 and spent average of 10,000.00 a year or more in gas food and cigarettes, but due to bad customer service and a rude clerk will not be returning ever again. Food is good but counter/ register help in morning especially on Thursdays is horrible. Do not recommend!

90% of the time I have to walk inside to get my receipt for my fuel because they don't have any paper in the fuel pumps.

This is the third time I've had terrible service at the Willis location FM 1097.  Will not be going back for any hot meal services.  Every time I ask for a breakfast plate I get different price as the cash register.   Look at the picture as you can see the eggs tasted terrible and threw the plate away.  Eggs where 3 different colors.  Eggs where hard like they dumped fresh eggs into a pan with old eggs.  Yesterday there where fly's on the bacon.   The employees need a manager and a training course before they are allowed to cook anything.   Place use to be packed in the morning and this morning I was the only one in line.   Should of raised a flag but was running out of time and had to get to work.
