I agree with Biggs. I was very impressed with Dr. Strong. I was looking for a good female Black MD in my area and she fit perfectly. She is one of the few doctors that look you dead in the eye when speaking with you before she go to the computer. I don't know where she got that evil medical assistant, but I called a dozen times leaving messages for Dr. Strong. Like renewing meds and other follow-up questions. After about 6-7 times she told me when she get a phone call, she just put the messages in my file and Dr Strong do not have time to call patients she is too busy with her patients. And said it with an attitude. Well, I took my business to a Doctor that has competent staffing. She used to have an LPN that was great and had beautiful nurse/patient relationship. I guess she left and so did I.

IM SO DONE WITH THIS DOCTOR!!!! OMGGGG Today I went back in & I'm just DONE!!! Just felt irriated!!! Didn't even see Dr.Strong, I saw her ASSISTANT or whoever she was & she never listens to my concerns!!!! Not a good choice for a physician!!! Currently looking for another one!!!!

Doctor Strong is the best Doctor I met in years, especially being so far from home. Yet the office Manager Ms Tina is the worst. Attitude is not for patient's especially when they are in pain. No return calls, just forget about paperwork. You can wait to be seen for well over an hour. Yolonda is very nice and respectful to everyone. I wish I could see my Doctor without all the extra hoopla. I'm very sad but I must move on because my medical issues can't be delt with with such inconsistencies.

Dr Strong is a credit to the medical profession, Dr strong is not just a licensed physician but a physician that truly cares about the patients she administer care to. NO one is treated like a number or a just another case Dr Strong actually goes over each patient case as an individual. The Dr. believes in a wholistic approach on an individual bases. I strongly recommend anyone in need of sincere Honest Medical care and not just bandaids to seek the care of Strong Healthcare and Wellness under the charge of Dr. Betty Strong.
