Great company! They moved all my stuff quickly and effortlessly! No damages and the best price I found after searching all over town! On top of everything their staff was very polite and very professional. I will definitely use them for any future moves I may have and recommend them to anyone who is looking to move either within or out of state even!

Please do not use this company they keep charging my credit card over and over again and I called them several times asking to stop and give the charges back and Jessica told me that she was giving all back and never did....never answered my calls or emails anymore.

I'd select 0 Stars if it were an option. Some words to describe this company are: incompetent, irresponsible, disingenuous, apathetic, unapologetic, hostile, dishonest, and unreliable. I've never experienced something like this before in my life, in terms of both their ability to perform their job and the way that they treated us. They arrived six hours late, showing up after 7pm instead of the initial 12:00-1:00pm. The three tired men who came worked at an alarmingly slow pace and moved boxes well into the next morning, having to stop around 6am due to exhaustion. Nearly twelve hours they took, almost half a day, and they moved only half of our belongings--around twenty boxes--from a two bedroom apartment with an elevator to a second apartment ten minutes down the road. Management tried to get us to pay over $600, well over double the original $300 agreed upon flat fee, with false claims that we'd told them there was a lesser amount of boxes to move than there really were. After us refusing this ludicrous offer, they took the liberty to confiscate our private property, which included a $1300 flatscreen television, and withhold it from us, refusing to give it back until we paid the balance they said we owed them. After days and days, we finally were returned our possessions after agreeing to pay $525, only to find that they'd severely damaged our tv and rendered it useless. And on top of this, they were willing to pay us back only $29 in reparations and damages. At this point, they hadn't even finished the job they'd began, and we had to start looking for other moving companies to deliver the rest of our thirty-something boxes they'd still left behind and not offered to transport. All of this has still yet to be resolved. Throughout this entire experience, management has been very crass and combative, changing stories as they went, providing false witnesses, and making accusations. They went as far as trying to imply that we were scamming them. The owners, Jessica and her husband, have been so presumptuous and condescending, have had such audacity, and have made such brazen claims that it is beyond me how they have a running business. They clearly do not know either how to do their job or how to treat their customers. Lie after excuse after accusation, it feels like speaking to a wall when attempting to fix things. They will say whatever they want in order to either cover their tracks, flip the script, assign blame to somebody other than themselves, or make the customer seem guilty. They are absolutely disgusting and I hope that nobody ever has to experience the ugliness of this company in the future.

Jessica came to provide an estimate, she was professional and efficient. Movers arrived 15 min late, not really a big deal. Loved the 2 strong men Donald and D'metriius!  They were organized and communicated well with us and each other. However they did have tools.

The moving truck a whole different thing. The normal business truck, someone left the lights on the night before and the battery not operating and then the U-haul truck that was brought in place of their truck also did not start. Greatly slowing down the move. 

Spoke to Jessica in the office who offered an apology and re-assured me the total would go above the quote of $480.00.  I must say, I was expecting a smoother move and at this point would not use for any future moves

Great company to work with. The movers arrived on time, worked quickly and made sure all my furniture was taken care of without any damages. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
