Ambience - much better than some of the other bowling lanes, this place is good entertainment

Lanes and equipment - the lanes are good, player screen is easy to configure. Decent seating. The table at the lane is small given its shared with two lanes.

Food - the food is good, they have some nice options. Again, better than some of the other bowling lanes in the area. 

Service and Management - This place gets a lot of people, mainly for the reasons above. Yet the place could be managed a little better. Some of the front staff is unfriendly and discourteous. some of them were willing to help and pass a smile. This is my experience with at-least 5 -6 people hanging out in the front area. We had a miscommunication with the staff, the manager was able to resolve it.

Great venue for a Sweet Sixteen!  Held my daughter's Sweet Sixteen on a Friday afternoon here when they had a half day of school.  We had 55 guests so we had the venue before it opened to the public - everyone had a blast, great food and the arcade was a big hit.

Man - this place service. Customer service. Price.  It all just really sucks. They need new owners. New managers. New employees. 

Literally they’re only open because they don’t have competition. Someone should open up an alley next door / this place can be run better by me

I go bowling once a month and depending on the night, service can be really bad. But the bowling alley is really modern and the food is good. Just wish they had better service and offered things like beer pitchers or something instead of paying per glass.

Probably the worst bowling experience ever.

The entire system of obtaining a lane is completely illogical.  You enter the bowling alley and immediately meet a doorman who explains that you can’t sign up on the wait list until the wait list is only 10 people deep.  However, as soon as the wait list is 10 deep, a sea of people run up to the doorman and, in no particular order, he gives out tickets to enter the wait list.  Regardless of when you entered the building.... 

Then, a crowd of people run in line to get on the wait list.  Unfortunately, there is no respect to when you actually entered the bowling alley because there has been no record of that.  So, people are yelling at each other about who was first but, really, it doesn’t matter.

You finally receive your spot in the wait list only to realize that you still have an hour to go until you eventually get a lane.  So, two people bowling at 7:00 PM on a Saturday night?  At least a two hour wait....

Seriously, what happened to having a rational way to wait for something?  Probably the most frustrating experience ever.....
