I'm glad I went when I was extremely sick, but had to talk to my insurance provider because I was billed for everything instead of my copay.  Instances where I tried to get advice or make appoints over the phone were completely unhelpful.  Honestly, treating your symptoms with stuff from CVS is usually a better option.

If you can avoid talking to the receptionist, please do so. They are very rude and not professional. Go to the kiosk and check in. Save yourself some trouble of arguing with poorly trained workers.

The staff in the insurance office were not helpful at all, all they did was having me to send them emails. They had really bad attitudes.

Waited 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and help me with something I really needed to know. Alas, I never got through. Thanks, NYU
