My family and I rented two rooms at the Coral Spring Studio 6 for three nights (10/27/17 - 10/30/17), as we came to Florida for my grandmother's funeral. We rented one regular room (room 275) with a single bed and a second room with two beds (room 229). There were 5 adults and one infant in total. The rooms were a decent size and fairly clean. However, our stay was ruined due to the fact that Saturday night when we returned from the funeral at approximately 8PM, NONE of the card keys for the double room (229) would work. There was NO ONE at the front desk to open the door. We called the after-hours line number of times from different numbers. We had NO SUCCESS and NO ONE answered any of our calls. As a result, ALL SIX of us ended up sleeping in the single room. It was very uncomfortable. We slept on the floor, in chairs, etc. All of my parents' and sister's belongings were locked in their room including the baby's formula. We didn't have enough blankets to create beds for everyone, so people were literally sleeping on the hard, dirty floor with no pillow. The next day Sunday there again was no one at the front desk when we woke up. Thankfully, however, my father found a maintenance/cleaning person, who let them into the room. It was about 9AM the next morning. All I can say is THANK GOD we had gotten two rooms. If not, we would have been sleeping in the car. Why put an after-hours number if NO ONE is going to answer it? We all called, from different numbers. When I told the receptionist our story at check out, she told me I'd have to speak to the manager. She told me she would tell him, too. Up till now, I have not received a phone call or explanation for what happened. I would like a refund for Saturday night.

Overall our stay was safe, comfortable. The staff, both morning & overnight were great. Housekeeping was great also... The only complaint was there was no internet service which caused my phone bill to be high be caused I had to use my hot spot for electronic devices...

I was robbed here. Almost the entire contents of my room were stolen when I had to go away for a few days due to a death in my family. Motel management was more concerned with proving it was my fault ("you obviously didn't lock your room...") than trying to help me find out what happened and hopefully recover my belongings. The place is crawling with a LOT of substance abusers (meth heads), recent migrants to the USA (who have no proof of citizenship that will allow them to rent or buy a more permanent place of residence), and people who had their houses foreclosed and don't have good enough credit to rent a proper apartment. Put simply, the Studio 6 is nothing more than a flop house for the less fortunate; just one step above the Salvation Army or a place under a bridge somewhere. It definitely is NOT a safe or secure place. Do NOT stay here.

Here are many points, I would like to share with the future customer to not book this motel. 1. Your front desk person was very very rude especially Ms. Samantha. 2. When we reach 12.30 PM for check-in she said she would not give room until 3 PM. I enquire about why she said we can only give 2 Bedroom after 3 PM. When I told they do not mention anything when we book the motel. She said this how it. 3. I tried to call Store Manager & operation Manager, it went to their Voicemail. I never heard anything from them about my message. 4. They said only Friday room cleaning will happen not before that. Mean 5 day we have to manage by our self. Best thing on Friday no one shows up for room cleaning. 5. In bathroom tub was in very bad condition. 6. Kitchen has many insects, cockroaches etc. Please do not book it. Very bad Motel I ever stayed in my life.

Terrible. Where to start. The burn holes in the mattress / bed sheets? The bugs in the fridge? The ants in the kitchen? Don't worry. I got plenty of pictures. Never again - and will strive to have people stay away from this location. Staff wasn't available to talk about my complaints.
