The pros: The room was a nice size, they have a decent pool and exercise room, the staff was very friendly and courteous, and their continental breakfast was good. Cons: The hotel's general area floor was quite dirty. The carpeted areas needed to be vacuumed and the tile areas really needed to be mopped. Our own hotel room was decent, but once again, the floors were dirty. Even though the hotel is only 4 years old, due to their lack of cleaning skills, the floor and side-boards looked really old and decrepit. If there was another hotel in the area I would highly recommend staying there. Unfortunately, Coconut Creek doesn't have many other options

I am 61 been to hundreds and hundreds of hotels, the staff from top to bottom were the friendliest I have encountered, all of them displayed a joy for working there. Without exception each employee made eye contact and exhibited a welcoming smile. The registration desk folks felt like friends by the second day. You leave there feeling better than when you arrived. The manager should be traveling the country on how to hire happy faces, keeping them happy and sharing the happiness with their traveling customers.

Great staff and centrally located. I've stayed here for several weeks and I choose to come back primarily due to the staff there. Everyone I've encountered there is cheery, always greets me with a smile, and care about your stay. The rooms are standard Hampton Inn, which isn't a bad thing. The various rooms I've stayed in are generally well kept and clean. Haven't had any issues with the rooms so far. The only quirk is that the showers tend to have different flow speed... But I've experienced that at other hotels. I haven't used the pool but it seems nice. The fitness room is adequate for a decent workout. The hotel can a be a little hard to spot or does tend to give Uber a challenge, but not a major issue. Overall the staff really takes this hotel up a notch, and the owner is very lucky to have such a wonderful set of folks! I'd highly recommend staying here.

We had an excellent hotel experience. Really enjoyed our stayed. Our kids are happy too. Very clean room with modern decoration. Very convenient location as well.

Not a big fan. Staff was not as helpful as I hoped. Bathroom supplies were lacking and so was hot water; don't think hot water is a lot to ask for. Complaining didn't help and I checked out the next day. There was no room service either which was a let down. I sent an email to their corporate without a response. Not planning on staying there again, find some place else to save yourself frustration.
