Love love love Jessica! She works miracles and went above and beyond just dying my hair. She charged me way under what I was quoted at other salons. Jessica also took the time to make sure the health of my hair was priority and she did only what my hair could handle. I will never go to anyone else in Pensacola to do my hair. So happy with my session!

I went on for a serious cold correction and a haircut. Alessandra was really prompt friendly and helpful in explaining my options. She did an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back here for all my hair care from now on.

Completely thrilled! Asked Jessica Warren for a daring color change and I haven't seen another like this anywhere that rivals the gorgeous and professional look she gave me. Brown to silver and it's still silky soft. HOW?! Hair magic! Also, sweetest gal in town!

Went to visit Shuinae to get my hair fixed... she said she was extremely confident to give me natural highlights and balayage type hair. This is what I left with half my hair looking like it was dumped in bleach,  dry,  and damaged. I had to go get it fixed again... when I asked for my money back after seeing really how bad it was she said she could fix it. I refused because she said she was 100% confident when she first did it. She gave me $40 out of $160 back. I only gave 2 starts because the shop owner was kind. If you go here, visit someone besides her. 

She... pushes product, speaks badly of her clients (was calling the previous lady crazy for getting a perm), is over confident, will not admit when she makes mistakes, she blames her clients for issues (she told me the picture I showed her looked like my hair) when I told her if someone else did this to my hair she would say "omg who did this it is bad", she had nothing to say in return... She will argue with this review but if you care about your time, money,  and hair I would not visit her.
