If you believe anything but the best about Nelson the mechanic then you are wrong. My Toyota has 300 thousand miles on it and I feel completely safe on the freeway. Nelson completely overhauled my car with the new mounts that took away all old clunk sounds and odd startings. I know I have to shell out for struts soon but if anyone wants proof of my mileage just call and I'll meet you at the station. I intend to take my lovable old stinky overstuffed car to 400 thousand miles and I feel safe in his hands because he tells me when a repair can wait or when it's an emergency for my safety. 😄👌 and I save big bucks in the long run for a new car note 💰💰💰💰💰💰💰.

I have taken my car into this auto shop a number of times and have always had a great experience! I always get a fair price and the work done on my car is well done and I have never had to take it back in for the same problem. Nelson is great and always very helpful and explains exactly what they need to do and what can possibly wait. GREAT SERVICE!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE FOR ANY REASON. I brought my car here to get a new alternator. When I came back to pick it up it suddenly wouldn't start. I watched while Nelson, the mechanic, pretended to have no clue what was going on for about half an hour. Finally, he told me very apologetically, I needed a new fuel pump. He said that the alternator had nothing to do with the fuel pump and that it was merely a coincidence that it failed while the car was waiting to be picked up. He told me he would knock $200 off the price of the repairs and fix it for $418. I was still skeptical because I'd never had any issue like this but he seemed like such an honest guy and I knew enough about cars to know that the fuel pump really didn't have anything to do with the alternator and it'd be unusual for them to have caused the problem. But it turns out I was right to be skeptical. I asked him to save the part for me and when I had another mechanic look at it he told me it had obviously been tampered with. Not only that, but the $200 Nelson claimed to be saving me was just made up. I'd been charged full price AND he'd bought the most expensive fuel pump on the market that was compatible with my car.
