On a saturday morning my daughter and I arrived as the first patients. We had both been sick for a while and needed care. We were suffering from swollen throats, ear infections, bronchitis and other symptoms. My daughter was given an antibiotic and steroid while I was turned away and told to keep doing what I'm doing. Two days later I go to Center for Health and wellness. I was told I had an ear infection, eye infection, sinus infection AND bronchitis!! I was given a shot, antibiotics and cough syrup immediately. Thanks PM care for turning me away, billing my insurance, costing me a $30 copay twice and a day of missed work to go to a real health care office. ***VERY DISAPPOINTED***

Sit in a waiting room for almost 2 hours to be put into a room to have the NP come in for less than 2 minutes and not listen to a word you say, rather she tells you the exact same thing she told the patient in the next room..... So exactly what was the 2 hour wait for?

It took me 3 calls to get through to the receptionist (not because they were busy, but because they were 10 minutes to close and getting ready to leave).  I told the woman that I would arrive a couple minutes before close to give her a heads up.  She asked me what service I needed; I guess that made a difference on if she would let me in or not.  I had a 1 & 3 year old with likely ear infections.  Probably the quickest and easiest type of ailment to see.  I arrived a minute before close, and the doors were locked with the lights off.  Why get into healthcare if you don't actually want to help others?
