If I could give 0 stars, I would! Whatever you do- DO NOT go to Valerie. I went in with golden brown hair that was grown out to well below the bottom of my shoulder blades. I left with dark brown and white hair practically shoulder length. The combination of these colors made me look GREY! She told me the only reason it looked grey was because of the lighting in the salon. I trusted her because I gave her a picture of what I wanted and she said it was easy, no problem. The whole time she did my hair she told me how she uses all of the newest/best things and she talked like she knew what she was doing. She lied. In the end my hair was butchered. It was the driest it’s ever been, and it took a new salon and 3 colorists to fix Valerie’s hack job. She would not refund me in any way. If you want to see the pictures of my hair before and after please go to YELP and look. I’m not able to post pictures on this review.
