I am thoroughly pleased with the lockers and hours of availability. The staff is very helpful and will work with any issue you have with getting into the lockers. Was a pleasure to get to meet them and I encourage anyone to rent here.

Clean units and the security system they have in place reassures me that my belongings are safe. I realize this is standard and expected of any self storage business. However, what makes this place really stand out is their staff and excellent customer service. Being friendly and helpful goes a long way in my book and these guys really stand out and above the rest. I am very happy to have found this place!

I had a good experience here for the year and a half I stored my boat there and the staff was competent and helpful.  But I do have one complaint.  Each year I paid in advance for the year and got a slight reduction in price.  When I sold the boat and the space still had several months lease paid on it management decided they would rather have the space sit empty than possibly rent it for the regular monthly rent.  I offered to make up the difference between regular rent and reduced rent for the months I was there and take a refund on the remaining months but they refused.  Seems like a poor public relations stance.
