Was a beautifully maintained park when we moved in 10 years ago. Since the owner died and the place is now owned by an REIT out of CA, it has become a trash pit. In addition to drug houses, tarped roofs, garbage everywhere, common areas are not maintained, there are loud, nasty, out of control kids out at all hours and in all weather, multiple large, loud dogs per household, numerous loose cats, people with glass-pacs & diesels driving through at all hours, we have a loud, messy, scrap-metal business running out of one mobile home here. Drug houses. Multiple police reports on a constant basis. And the water is turned off to the park WITHOUT NOTICE at least once a month (because people can't figure out where their own shutoff is to do plumbing repairs). Can't move because we can't sell the place, and yet they're raising the space rent again to over $500.

When I lived there, I lived with my aunts, uncles, my grandma(Bless her soul), my full blood father, and my beautiful sister who is a year older then me. When growing up, we always had so much fun, running around, riding our bikes, forming our own little "gangs" and acting like we owned the place. Those were good but hard times. In the third gread I was taken away from that home, along with my sister, only to rarely step foot in that trailer park. Last December, we had a chance to go back and visit. The place was a wreck. Car/trucks lined up on sides of the roads, smelled of drugs and booze. and some really weird people. Now it has always been like this, but it is way worse now. Even though the park has changed a lot, It still feels like home. I love this park. It takes a real greatful person to see the park and accept it for what it is. It takes a truely amaing person to see the park and wanna move in with their kids because they just need a place to stay. Thank you! Park is a genetic sespool. Kids screaming and cursing is the norm. Parents preoccupied with pocketbikes. Autorepair from motor swaps on down. Front yards in total disarray and units so rotted they may colapse at any moment. Leave something out and it will be gone. If you're interested in being trailer trash, this is your kinda of place. Pray for the few good people left there,they need it.
