Submit 2 Fitness exists to provide you with a complete resource to achieve all of your goals ranging from short-term fitness and performance to long-term health and wellness. We realize that everyone is different and that each person has individual needs that should be addressed by a multi-faceted approach in order to achieve lasting results. All classes for CrossFit and Kettlebell are offered in three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. In addition to large group personal training, personal and semi-private personal training is also available. This includes monthly clinics and nutritional consultation. It's hard to find a box committed to getting the best out of their students. It's even harder to find a box committed to it's community even outside of the gym. Submit 2 Fitness does both of these by expertly programming workouts for all types of athletes, educating the proper forms and techniques of all movements, and treating each member as an equal inside and outside of the box while supporting them in their health and wellness journey. Both owners should be proud of the community they have created and how much they have greatly impacted each member's life. We love the coaching staff and the workouts. The workouts are beautifully designed and the environment is so friendly. We have been members of this great club for nearly 2.5 years and we wish we had joined much earlier. We have our deepest gratitude to coach Jay and coach Rossie.

This is a great gym. I have been going here for about a year and a half and there are so many parts that I enjoy about it. The difficulty is scaled so that any fitness level can have a good workout. There is great support, both from the coaches and community. Finally, everyone has fun when they are there.

S2F is one of the best fitness facilities around today! The work outs are challenging and diverse, the coaches push you to your limits and beyond, they care about EVERYONE'S progress, and the teamwork environment is unlike no other. Many people who work out on their own in your traditional gym take for granted the extra motivational push you get from working out with others who have similar goals, but when you're surrounded by like minded people the possibilities are endless. S2F has allowed me to build up core/leg strength, upper body muscles, all the while building my endurance up for the 2017 NYC Marathon.

If you want to be Healthy, in Better Shape, and be part of a Great Community Submit to Fitness is exactly where you want to be! I've been coming to S2F for over 2 years and the Coaches are Amazing, the Members are ALL Awesome you'll definatly get your workout on! Everyday is a different workout which will be scaled to your fitness level. You won't be bored! The Coaches at S2F are truly Committed to helping you meet your goals and accomplish things you never thought you could do.
