I have to give one star because there is nothing lower than this.This place is horrible, it’s like vending machine that eats your money and don’t give you any service.very unprofessional staff and horrible services.I have paid for personal trainer and for four months they keep on saying that they don’t have any trainers available. If you don’t have any trainer available then why the heck you are assigning people for that.i have wasted four month money without getting any service and even now they are giving me hard time for stopping the service.i have called from 3 weeks and they keep on saying that VP will give back call but no response yet..don’t go to this gym please.

After visiting another LA Fitness, I am thankful that Charlie Fernandez is at the Secaucus location.  He stays on top of everything making sure the weights are racked and everything is clean.  The other facility was brand new but not nearly as well kept or orderly run.

It was the closest one from Midtown Manhattan but it wasnt worth the trip.. we were let in for free, because I didn't have the signature club feature on my membership.  Either way, It wasnt worth the toll. It wasn't worth changing clothes into a swimsuit for.  The whirlpool was not warm. The temperature in the whirlpool was similar to that of the swimming pool... And it was dirty. There was an obvious dirt ring surrounding the top of the whirlpool. when I told the manager about the temperature he said "what do u expect, for someone who got in for free".. smh. I don't suggest you waste your time with this location.

I want to try this gym again, so I got a visitor pass true the app, everything good until I got inside the gym, first the Lady from the front desk said that somebody have to validate the pass, ok....so I wait and wait and after 10 minutes a guy came and said that I have to talk with him and show me the gym. I said that I don’t have time for that , I don’t live in that state I visit from time to time and I just want to try it out. I know that gym from day one . Anyway I said let me pay to use it, ok ...20$....it’s a Signature Club. 
They provide towels , after the workout I went to the jacuzzi , water cold , sauna it work ( a surprise ) usually it’s not working ... but the showers discussing, dirty, looks like they need a big time scrub . For 20$ I think is just to dirty, should be more clean, I took some pictures to see for yourself, I will go to a smaller club but more clean, definitely not a LA Fitness member after this
