Dr. B. Has treated myself and several members of my family for many years. He is friendly, professional and really knows his trade well. In fact the same can be said about the rest of the staff too. The thing that I like most about the staff and Dr. B is that they really care about my health and they take the time to listen closely. I always feel comfortable with them and I would readily recommend them.

The practice itself is not that bad; basic and moderate reviews of normal patient scheduling and processing. Dr. Bhattacharya however is the reason behind the one-star review. I'm not going to go into specifics on him just because of medical privacy and so forth, but he is far too aggressive, stubborn, and has absolutely no emotional care toward his patients. Even with patients with mental ailments, he does not cater toward and has stated quite clearly that he will not. He will give you referrals to his "good friends" that are always out of network and in comparison to others, are far beyond normal budget. I have no issues finding my own doctors, but having to reschedule another appointment just to receive a blank or edited referral form because he wrote down his suggested referral (even after mentioning they aren't covered) as well as multiple visits for the same issue, makes it seem like he just wants to bill the insurance company for the maximum amount per calendar year. "I am the way I am and I cannot change that. I'm sorry you feel like I'm aggressive, and if that's the case, them maybe you should find another primary care." Thank you. I have. TL;DR: Bhattacharya only wants multiple visits to charge your insurance company. You're just a paycheck to him. Also; glad I recorded a few of my visits. The last one with my medical proxy was especially interesting.
