Salesman, Dale Rhodes, was very helpful and friendly. The table and chairs displayed on the sales floor were not the size I wanted so he checked the computer and found out the size I preferred was available. The delivery guys were friendly and efficient. Assembled table quickly. No mess. Tracking the delivery was very easy and accurate. Entire experience was excellent. Highly recommend Suburban.

Great experience from beginning to end. From the moment we entered Debi W made us feel right at home. She let us browse at our leisure and wasn't overly pushy or intrusive. She waited for us to select furniture that we wanted, took her time helping us plot out our room, and made the purchase as easy as possible. We can't wait for the furniture to arrive and will definitely be going back to Suburban Furniture to finish furnishing our home.

We have bought a few pieces from Suburban Furniture. Nothing beats their sales floor, no one beats their prices. The sales agents, (Debi W helped us out last time), are not pushy, which my husband and I appreciate. Debi told us to look around on our own, but she always stayed nearby if we needed her. A lot of discussion goes into buying a piece of furniture, and we really appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We will most certainly be back.

Good salesmanship - not too pushy but attentive. Prices are on the high side for furniture - we got a BR set but quality is of furniture is good. I like the w bought American! Workers who installed were efficient. Overall satisfied. Would go back to Suburban.

Suburban Furniture in Randolph is fantastic. We have furnished our entire home with them. This weekend we purchased a new King size Sealy mattress for an awesome price. Our sales associate Jack helped us pick the right fit which is not easy when mattress shopping. He was a great help. Right before leaving we saw an adorable sofa with chaise on clearance for only $499. That is my favorite thing about the store...always amazing deals in every corner. So of course we bought the sofa too!!!!
