Will the owners PLEASE get someone in to run things and train people!! I loved the idea of having a subway on the island but with so much inconsistency and SLOW untrained employees, who lack basic customer service, it is getting hard to support this business!! :(

This place sucks. Went in today and was told that they no longer accept the coupons you get sent to your phone app. The counter person said that they do not participate in the specials either. Spoke to a friends daughter and she to,d me that she quit there because she got tired of being yelled at all the time by angry customers and watching them walk out, sometimes leaving the sandwiches on the counter. She also told me that they are loosing money, gee go figure. You don't do the advertised specials and won't take coupons so you are driving your customers away. Maybe corporate should come out and show you why you are loosing money since you can't seem to figure it out on your own. If I want Subway, I guess I will take my money to Stanwood .

Has been out of all breads except harvest both times ive gone and both times its been around lunch time.

Close to home and they will build you a great sandwich. 3 for $18 works for families.
