I really like this Subway. It's a quiet and CLEAN restaurant compared to other Subway's I've been in. It seems Subway has stepped up it's game.

This has been an ok store the couple of times I have visited it. But tonight was not the case. The server that was helping me didn't want to do his job. I ordered 2 foot long chicken breast sandwiches.  He asked if I wanted my sandwhiches toasted. I told him no. He then told me that my chicken will be cold. I asked why he wouldn't heat it up. He said I guess I can and moved like he didn't want to be there. 

Order over I will not give any business my business if they behave like that. 

This is a good reminder as to why people don't shop in Rox.

Slow service, staff are inexperienced. Sloppily made sandwiches. Store is clean and quiet.

Sitting here waiting for our 12 foot long subs that were supposed to be done 1.5 hrs ago. We will be late to the baby shower that we are hosting. This is the second time they screwed up. They screwed up for the gender reveal party also. I don't know why we gave him a second chance.
