I wish I could give it 0 stars. The staff never had urgency. Especially if you go through the drive through. Expect to sit 5 minutes before the window is even opened. Also, I think it's outrageous that you tried to charge me 2 dollars for a large water today. I've never Been charged before. So why now? I would've paid 50 cents or even a dollar... if I'm paying for a 7 dollar sandwich I should be able to get a large glass of ice water. No customer service or manners for a 6.5 month pregnant lady in 90 degree weather. Thanks a lot.

I am a T-Mobile customer. Every Tuesday they do a coupon for various businesses. 2 times they have offered either a buy a footlong at a discount or a free 6-inch sandwich. Both times have resulted in an unpleasant experience. The first time they said that they're still chose to opt out of the promotion and the second time because we walked in the door at 9:58 and the store was going to close at 10 p.m. he was unable to allow us to place our order even if we were buying the sandwich because no business can take place after 10 p.m. the employee was told by management that if any business took place after 10 p.m. he would be written up. As a business owner myself I don't understand how they can afford to turn away business. If this was my store I would want as many paying customers as possible.

Young man who worked the drive through was uncordial and uncaring. I also asked for light salt on the sub and when I got home it was like the person had put at least two table spoons of salt on the sandwich.

Out of every time I've been to this location, I swear that I haven't gotten ebola (not even once). I didn't even walk in with CDC gear, or encase myself in bubble wrap. From breakfast, to right before closing, these guys have been on point. I don't know who the manager is at this location, but I'd like to give a shout out (and mad props) to my man Adam, and the "Dude in Dreads". Thank you for making my dining experience awesome, no matter what my choices were, and thank you for always chatting me up with engaging conversation. I hope someone takes notice of this message (and in particular these team-members), because after I met these two cats, I never came to this store for "just a sammich cuz my belly is making love to my backbone". Props. Biggups. Cheers. Thank you.
