Just stopped at this Subway restaurant on the way home (Kansas City) from Chilicothe.  Walked in and asked the young man (Ethan) how he was doing.  He said nothing.  He then said what can I get for you.  He acted as though my wife and I were putting him out for coming in (since we were the only two people in the store besides him and his coworker).  I asked for the oven roasted chicken breast and he asked if i wanted it toasted, i said no, then he just tossed the ice cold meat on my sandwich.  He didn't warm it up until I told him to.  I've never been to a Subway that has put an ice cold chicken breast on my sandwich.  My wife was going to get a veggie Sub but after seeing the poor quality of the veggies she declined getting any food.  I paid for my Sub and we went to the car.  I took one bite into my sandwich and the chicken was still cold.  I immediately took the sandwich back in and asked for a full refund.  I don't know who runs this store but these two working tonight need a good lesson in customer service and manners.  When I got back to my car I saw them both laughing it up like me being pissed off about the poor customer service and poor food quality was some big joke.  Your high school ego needs to be checked at the door if you plan on keeping a job in customer/food service.  I will say this is not typical of most Subway restaurants for the employees to act like this and I'm quite surprised that these two kids growing up in a small town acted this way.  I definitely expect more.  I guess those myths of small town hospitality don't apply in Cameron MO.
