I usually don't write reviews but feel like I need to share my experiences. I have been here over lunch rush on several occasions and it is always a disaster. Today there was only one employee working, the toaster oven is broken (has been for the last few weeks) and the line was out to the door. Several customers left. The line didn't move during the 10 minutes I waited before I left. Drive an extra 2-3 miles and go to another Subway for better service. Awful experience!

This store is a joke. I have been in there multiple occasions and have had 15min or more wait times with only 2 or 3 people in line. Today I whent there on my lunch break and just like always waited again for 15 min, with two people in line. The empley didnt even come out from the back for 15 min. Occasionally he would pop his head around the conner but then would disappeare. When he finally came out to the front he was on his phone, washed his hands and then used his gloved hands to hang up his phone call. This store needs to be closed down.

Usually I have great experiences at Subways but today was a disappointment. There were maybe 3 or 4 people in front of me and the wait was 15 minutes before getting to the the counter to order. When my sandwich got into the oven it was abandoned, and people behind me continued to be served. By the time someone realized I was standing there waiting while people passed me at the vegetable portion of the counter my sandwich was burned past being edible. It was thrown away at once, no apologies, no offers to correct it. 
I've worked in food service before so I can understand absentmindedness in a rush but this was a bit much.
This could have beenough easily avoided if they had an extra staff member working the counter instead of 1 or, sporadically, 2.

We frequent Subway and it's always pretty good, but today's visit was exceptional. Lauren and Justin hit it out of the park with their fantastic customer service. Anybody can make a sandwich, but not many do it with a smile on their face. They were patient with my 4 year old and and were freindly about our requests.
