I walk in and I ordered two for long sandwiches. When I asked for double meat they told me they were out. That's when I noticed they had SPLIT the meat and made TWO foot longs but one had barely anything on it. I requested they put something else on it to fill it out. I didn't notice the first sandwich only had ONE SINGLE LAYER OF COLD CUTS TOO. When i got back to work and started eating mine it was unacceptable. I took the meat from one half and put it on the other half and took a couple bites. I was so miffed I just saved 75% of the sandwich and bright it back the next day (I couldn't leave work). When I came back the next day the same two girls were sitting at the tables and on their phones. One of them even brought  their baby to work. I understand how hard it would be with child so that acceptable to me. What's not acceptable is being called a liar, and to top it off when she started cussing and giving me attitude I started recording it all. I was belittled. I was cursed at. I was THREATENED WITH VIOLENCE. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR HERE. I HAVE RETURNED EACH DAY TO SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT AND HAVE NEVER ONCE SEEN A MANAGER HERE.

I am a regular at this location. 
2-3 times a week I visit this store.
Today 4/9 at approx 4pm I walked in to the store. The 2 employees were sitting at the tables per usual. And did not greet or acknowledge me at all. 
The girl employee was on her phone, talking very loudly about a party bus and every other word was a curse word which I’m sure the 2 other guests and I that were in the restaurant really enjoyed. 
The male employee eventually got up and made his way slowly behind the counter to take my order. He had just been eating a bag of chips and wiped his mouth but did not wash his hands and put on gloves. 
Against my better judgment I ordered because I was crunched for time and starving. 
And he WAS wearing gloves but I find this to be unacceptable. 
I normally over look things about this location and continue to visit because it’s close and sometimes quick. But this was my final straw and I will not be returning. 
I am a manager at a restaurant and I think the Behavior I witnessed speak volumes about the mngmnt here. And for the rest of your customers sake, I hope it is addressed quickly

Good food made to order.  The guy behind the counter seems to always be there and he's a riot.  Go just for the entertainment.

Bad service! Accused me of trying to take a drink for free! I have a subway card with $100. On it! Never return.
