Story

The ancient alchemists toiled fruitlessly to create something of value out of worthless lead. Here at the Alchemist we have a different approach.

Our process begins with only the finest ingredients. Starting with carefully chosen coffee beans we use our proprietary process to release the flavor of those beans into the purest of water.

Our great coffee is complemented by the unique
taste of delicious low carb, open faced sandwiches we call "slicers" and a full spectrum of gluten free deserts..

Excellent service and healthy food, in a relaxing atmosphere has made us famous and garnered a loyal following of patrons. Join the crowd.

Come to the Alchemist to enjoy our tranquil gardens nestled within a gated artist's community. It's a great place to enjoy excellent coffee, delicious food, and great conversation.

A hidden treasure, The Alchemist is one of my favorite coffee shops not only in South Florida but that I have been to. The small coffee shop is tucked away behind plants and colorful umbrellas that create a lush, tropical vibe. Roasting their own beans and siphoning coffee in a unique manner, the Alchemist is a must try. With tons of tables outside, there is plenty of room to set up a computer and enjoy your homemade cold brew coffee (the best I've had) and the good vibes from the shop. The hot chocolate and the iced coffee are both incredible, yet I highly recommend trying the iced coffee. With brown sugar and coffee ice cubes, their famous drink is well worth the $4 price tag. The Alchemist also serves some sandwiches, waffles, and baked goods that are very good. While not the best food I've had at a coffee shop, it will still get the job done. Moral of the story: try the iced coffee! You won't regret it.

This is one of my Favorite places! Ambience is great! Coffee, teas & food are great too! Service is excellent. Very Friendly staff. Great vibe. If you go for Sunday brunch there’s likely to be a line but it is totally worth it. And in my experience service is always quick. Their Toasts are great. My favorite is the avocado toast. Their mimosas are nice and they have a passion fruit mimosa that’s worth a try. It’s the perfect place for a relaxed and casual brunch. I’ve visited the alchemist several times and I’ve never been disappointed. Consistent good service & good quality food.

Came here for Sunday brunch around 10 which was a mistake. I came here awhile ago and had an iced coffee and avocado toast which was pretty good but the quality has dropped since. The place was busy but not packed until after we ordered and sat down. I ordered chefs special but the “hash browns” were Tater tots which were undercooked, cold, dry and still tasted like freezer. The fried eggs were over cooked and rubbery. My food came weirdly fast which makes me think they just pump out the specials and it sits until someone orders it. My boyfriends food came about 25 minutes later and it was slightly fresher but nothing to rave about. I finished my iced coffee while we were waiting and wanted a refill but the line had gotten massive and I thought it was a bit ridiculous that you have to stand in line again with the same people ordering food just to get a coffee refill so I gave up on it. Overall it was a disappointing experience. The reason I gave it two stars instead of one is the atmosphere here is really nice with all the plants and the coffee is good. It would be nice to come on a weekday when it is quiet and have a coffee while reading or on your laptop. I won’t however, be ordering food here again.

One of the great local coffee roasters in South Florida. Our group each ordered different versions of their iced coffee, and all of them tasted excellent. Our barista was high energy, and he was fun to talk to. Definitely check out the little shop and art wall outside. Just a really chill vibe & quality coffee.

Amazing place with a great positive vibe. Fresh brew coffee and delicious salads and sandwiches all fresh and made to order. Beautiful setting feels like an oasis. A wonderful place to get away from all the hustle and bustle in a garden setting and later can walk around and check local vendors and their crafts
