Maybe the staff should be retrained on ADA regulations. Denying someone service that has a guide dog and is legally certified as a service animal is ILLEGAL!!! Your owners minimalistic response to the issue is abhorrent and the situation needs to be rectified.

Entire staff needs ADA training. Refusing service to someone with a guide dog is not only illegal but shameful.

I have placed order through subway app. I went to pickup my order and to my surprise they said this store is not accepting any online orders and asked me to figure out how to get my money back by myself,

Would give 0 but that's not an option. I have seen one employee constantly coughing then rub his nose with the gloves on then use the same gloves to prepare food afterwards. Some other employees are extremely rude and impatient. The price has also increased 50% over the last year. Definitely won't go back.

Only had 1 emotes, seemed very understaffed but the employee worked hard and maintained a good attitude and seemed to make each customer happy by the time they left.

Went in at 6:35 on a Monday night and when I walked in, the two guys in the back said "we on lunch break" ... what? "We on lunch break. come back in 20 minutes!" ... what a joke. FIRE BOTH OF THEM.

As I walked into Subway I felt welcome, the server was friendly, the cashier was friendly and polite. I didn't have to wait to be served. Thank you Subway staff.

All the workers 3 of them were extremely disrespectful and not welcoming. From we got in and ordered the special sliders combo, we got instant attitude and reluctance to make it. The woman serving us began to sighing heavily during the order. Would not recommend going unless you accept that kind of behavior. Thank you.
