Worst Subway we’ve been to. From now on, we will just go to the one on base. Our order wasn’t correct, but when we called, the employee developed an attitude and wanted to argue. They forgot to put cheese and other toppings, but the employee wouldn’t admit it even though our food was right in front of us. The other employee said, “just hang up on them” before hanging up on us.
I went here on Wednesday Aug 24th; around 15:30, and I would like to thank the two ladies and young man that was working that day. They all had positive attitudes, and were very amazing at their job. I was having a horrible day that day, and couldn't think straight, and all three of them was very understanding. Every time I would mess something up; they would tell me I was just fine not to worry about it. They made my day so much better, and they had no idea that I was even having a bad day!
One of the girls that helped me had such an ugly attitude it showed in everything it's sad. Literally she squished my sandwich with her hands but never opened her mouth hate and ugliness pours off people. You can tell one sandwich by the other lady.
Main reason I gave this a 4 was location and the customer service was good. The thing I like about Subway is you're basically watching your food being prepared in front of you. If it's wrong it's your own fault. J
Had it delivered by grubhub. The receipt is correct, but sandwich had stuff on it I did not request, and messed up on sides. First time getting it from this store, which is the only one that doesn't do breakfast all day.
Since moving back to this side of town this is the one I now frequent. Far as being a subway if you been to one you've been to them all. This one doesn't have any upstanding qualities or features, building or restaurant wise but the staff is adequate. They do what they can but are also not upset or thrown off by the regular customer requests. Just out of certain ingredients at times but that isn't anyones fault. Also if you're making special requests be sure to try and make them flashy on the note section of the app. They've missed a few of my notes I left, so if they could just be a little more attentive to that, that would be a great plus. Hasn't been a inconvenience since the last couple of times I've used the app. I will say i was late picking up a order because of work once but they were cool about getting it to me when I got there, so got a good team just keep up the good work and stay on them P's and Q's
Service was horrible and they didn’t get my order right.
Placed an online order, but when we went to pick it up, they told us they had no steak. They said they tried to call us, but it went to voicemail. That was a lie no missed calls. So, wasted trip!!
Sometimes the service is a little undesirable. But hey if you had to serve as many people in one day as they do, how do you think you would feel. But all and all they are pretty friendly. The meatball sub is to die for. I love it when they pile on the toppings I ask for... Umm black olives and jalapenos, and parmesan cheese. Umm I can't get enough, man I just made myself hungry talking about a meatball sub. I am about to head down to my local Subway and get one now. I can't resist it. Just the thought of a Italian herb and cheese bread lightly toasted, with pepper jack cheese, and lots of meatballs, topped with black olives, and jalapenos, and parmesan cheese. Man it's the best, my mouth is watering right now, got to finish this post. And just as soon as I'm done I'm going to grab me my meatball sub. And it's after lunch hour so there shouldn't be a line. But normally when I go in there is never a long line, and if there is it goes pretty fast, so hurry hurry hurry with my post. My stomach is growling and I just have to fly down and get that meatball sub... Umm meatball sub... Umm... Sorry guys for rambling but I can't stop thinking of that meatball sub. So if you read this post I just might see you down there. I'll be the guy getting the you guess it, the meatballs sub... Y'all have a good day and get a sub.
The star rating had NOTHING to with the 2 young ladies that were working....they were busting their a$$3$....and again, not their fault, but they were out of all kinds of product....The lobby was a mess....but with only 2 people working, who's gonna be able to stop clean.... I know they make enough money at this location to have more than 2 people working at a time.... KUDOS to the 2 employees working this evening....and to whoever owns up to this store!!!!
