Their sandwiches are good, cooked fresh in front of you, used on real bread. Not 5 stars because sometimes it's the workers, but the food there and at the Cinnabon next to it is good. Same workers help each other.
Delicious! Best Charley’s Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had. Add the cheese wiz. Yum! Also, the young staff was extremely professional and quick. From the cashier to the cooks a very enjoyable experience. They were respectful and I could tell they were happy to be serving others. Definitely will be back.

My husband and I came into the store and the employee's were very friendly and polite. The food was hot and the portions were great as well. I just wanted too say thank guys for great service well done.
Always delicious subs. The two guys working the grill and toppings are always quick and friendly, and super attentive too. Great for lunch or dinner. Filling and so, so good!
The food tasted bland, not fresh at all. If you have other options, I'd chose it, and not the chick FIL a next door. They have a bad review coming as well. The fries weren't cooked
Not bad all in all a little pricey.... but they have to pay that mall rent.... and I wish they had more of a diet drink selection. Diet lemonade would be nice
I love this place. I usually go to the one on post but this day we were in the mall so we decided not to wait to go back on post and I'm glad we made that decision because these were the sweetest people working this location. They cooked the food to my specific instructions which can be a bit tediousand they executed it perfectly and with beautiful smiles and pleasant conversation. I have to visit this location more often.
