Employees on their phone, no proper hand hygiene, they don’t even greet you or say anything when you come in despite you being the only customer. They seem miserable and look like they hate their job - which is understandable if you are making minimum wage. But attitude is everything, make the best of it and it will come back to you tenfold. If this how they act in front of you, I can’t imagine what they do behind you. Won’t be coming back here again.

I usually buy food in this location, the employees are always nice and the food is always good. Today I went to pick up my lunch and I asked for a cup of ice because my water was warm. I was denied by the employ because they don’t hand out courtesy cups. I was confused because I didn’t go in there to get free food. And she said that because I received cups for ice water  before in the past I made it harder for other people to receive courtesy cups? She told me to ask the manager and the manager was hesitate as well. I usually buy bottles of drinks and decided today I did not want soda. I left but that was actually very ridiculous.

The service is great. The food is excellent.

This location seems to be out of many items every visit. The employees are not friendly and often cuss or seem to busy on their phones. It's more of a drive but I would go to the Subway in Brooklyn at least they have food.

Excellent staff and food. Will be eating fresh again.

I rate this place a 2 only because the place barely had any of the options food wise, and the staff were sitting around doing nothing about it. The food itself is pretty good, but then again they got one of my family members order wrong. It's also quite expensive. There was about 5 people in line behind me, with one person making all the sandwiches. She was moving very slow taking 10 min per customer and the other employees there didn’t even bother to help her. The only bread they had was wheat, but they gave my fiancé Italian which looked like it wasn’t even cooked. When we walked in the employees were too busy on their phones to even start serving us.

Awful - I arrived four minutes to close and the door was locked. Because I continued to stand at the window looking at the two young female employees, one comes over and unlocks the door. She asks if she can help me; I said I just need one sandwich. She says we close in two minutes and they already put the meat and toppings away. I’m pretty sure that and locking the door means you are already closed. I ask for the managers information so I can speak with them, and she informs me that her manager doesn’t want her personal number given out. I said I understood, I can contact her here at the Subway store. The employee tells me she doesn’t know he number, and that their phone doesn’t work anyway. Shameful. I have to drive across town to another Subway because the two young ladies working had a young man inside NOT an employee and didn’t feel like staying open or helping a customer who arrived before close of business. I think the franchise owner would like to know they aren’t willing to do their jobs.

Love subway and u can’t go wrong with what u choose on ur sandwich, so this review is for my visit to this location last week and people working there.. 2 women working were extremely slow and I wonder how they manage during rush hours...inspite of buying my regular footlong meal, bottled coke and cookies, they refused to give a small cup for ice. And they took almost couple of minutes to tell that they can’t give me a lil ice for the soda. But doesn’t matter, I enjoyed my sub & raspberry cheesecake cookies.

Ordered chips but they weren't received.
