Went in to get a sandwich today and the employee had brought her 3 kids to work with her. They were right where the sandwiches are made running around, touching everything and coughing on everything. She burned my sandwich because she was distracted trying to grab her kids balloon by using a dirty broom to push it down. She spanked her kid and he was screaming, throwing a complete tantrum. She was so distracted and added the wrong things to my sandwich, forgot my avocado that I paid extra for. There was also nothing stocked. They didn't have the bread, cheese, or toppings I asked for. They didn't even have common soft drinks. There was no lids for drinks either. It's just so unprofessional. I wrote an email asking for a full refund... we will see.
Constructive Feedback: Monday December 19th 11:04am 2 employees working at College location. The women of Hispanic descent was very short and tempered, she clearly needs a course or 2 on proper behavior when dealing with customers. As a former Manger of a subway I can say without a doubt this store is struggling. And most of the people to blame are the DM and RM for their negligence on paying their employees proper wages and working them into the ground for almost minimum wage to impress the higher ups with keeping costs low. If I was the manager at this location I would work else where, for people who value you and your time .
Never had issues, except lately each time I come here near closing time, the employees tell me they’re closed even though there’s 2-5 minutes before closing time. The last three visits I’ve had in this subway I’ve been told that I can’t order because they’re closed even though it hasn’t hit 9pm. I get that the employees still need to clean the line and put everything away, clean the lobby and do dishes, however, if the hours say until 9pm, we should still be able to order before then, it frustrates me that I want subway sometimes but can’t go right away due to my job, and get denied service even though I make it right before closing time.
The customer service here is terrible. Apparently Prepping the bread and sandwiches come before the actual guests. No matter the time they are always short staffed as well. Management needs to make changes to keep customer coming back.

Usually my number one spot after the gym, today was a totally terrible experience. Sat in the restaurant waiting for the employee to get off the phone about a babysitter?? She didn’t acknowledge me or look up at all or at least say “give me a second or two” Finally I’m walking away, and when I was halfway down the street she came out and yell did you still want your sandwich?!?” Nope.
Ordered delivery thru the Subway App. Employee calls me to tell me that they do not deliver even though the app clearly says they do. A little bit of an inconvenience but no problem I will go pick it up. I asked how to get my refund for the fees/driver tip I paid and she informed me they have to call the district manager to get it taken care of. It has now been 3 days and I am still waiting for a phone call. I have tried calling there multiple times but no one answers the phone. Clearly they think its ok to keep people's money!
Today June 18 10:52 am excellent service from the Kayla she is the only one working lots of us waiting to order she handled it super good and great attitude and service
Anthony is a real Subway artist. He always takes good care of every single sandwich in a good a mount of time. I enjoy watching him making my sandwiches I even have a video of him making my sandwiches. He’s also very friendly. He’s the reason why I like this Subway store.
