Their customer service has gotten really bad, I’m a regular their, twice a week, today I walked out because of the attitude of the “Sandwich artist” … a tatted girl that I had never seen there before. I don’t care about her tats, it’s the only way I know to identify her… I was the only customer and I walked out because of her attitude.
Always receive the incorrect order for delivery. Never been correct after 4 tries. Our fault for 4 attempts.
Showed up at 8:56 and they close at 10pm. They only person there girls with tattoos on her face & neck - no name tag told me that she is on her 30 minute break and can't take my order. She said she was the only one there and she has an online order after. I asked her if she can ring up my order as I drove 15 minutes here and she said no with an attitude. So I just walked out to my car and wrote this review. Got taco bell after... Subway has to do better with who they hire.
Walked in to order food after the gym and was waiting inside without anyone coming out from the back to help etc. looks like the place is abandoned, super dirty and messy. Too many subways to settle for this lol
Jamaica was great! Made the visit super enjoyable and made us feel so welcome! Will come back to location just because of the amazing customer service!
No roast beef... They do allow coupons which is cool. Parking: It's very crowded because of the gym next door
I never bother to leave reviews ever, but this subway was so sub par I couldn’t let it slide neither of the employees in store wore masks properly above the nose, the employee who made my sandwich didn’t seem to have a clue what he was doing, constantly asking me I’m sure this is the sandwich I want, because “tuna isn’t filling”. The whole process for making my sandwich took about 15 minutes, which is ridiculous because I was one of 2 customers in the store. When wrapping my sandwich half of its contents fell out onto the paper and he proceeded to roll it up anyway, my food looks like it’s been run over, and I’m pretty sure I’ll need a fork and knife to actually eat it. Please for the love of god go to a different subway, unless you like getting a sandwich that looks like it’s been railed by a rather large sausage.
This store needs major help training employees. Employees should not vent their frustrations with other employees to the customers, especially if said venting causes and extreme wait. Also not a good practice for employees to divulge company secrets to customer as to how the soup and meatball come and how they are prepared.
Worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. One of the employees was complaining about being tired because he had to work a double shift and the other guy was too busy looking at his cell. And once my son and I did put in our orders, cellphone guy started making our sandwiches and then told us that they couldn't toast our sandwiches because their oven was broken. He could've led with, "Our oven is broke so we cannot offer hot sandwiches", but no. Definitely won't be visiting this particular store again.
I haven't had many issues with this place. Service is great, Staff our kind and friendly, and food is delicious. Recently however, the store changed hours. They used to be open 24 hrs. Not sure if the restaurant is struggling to fill late night/early morning positions, but I am bummed by this change. I work overnight shifts and would often swing by to get a sandwich although an odd hour to have a sandwich-2am. Came to the restaurant and found myself disappointed as I had no idea of the store hour change. Unfortunately I had to take my business elsewhere. I hope they eventually go back to 24 hrs. Only reason for a 4/5 rating on my part was due to it no longer being 24hrs. It was nice to have that sandwich option over a burrito once in awhile.
