Stopped in for a quick lunch while traveling west from Spokane. Parking lot is icy, so walk safe. Two staff did their best to keep the line moving and food was good/ consistent. Second floor dining area was unique and allowed for a warm spot to eat before getting back on the road.
Worst sandwich I ever got from this place. Very little meat . Bread was so over baked it was hard , parts of it are inedible. My Mom's 5"6" was the same way. Mom doesn't get her sandwiches toasted. Asked for no toasting-girls answer waswith attitude"so you want cold meat"? Got to the window to pay- met with more attitude-her:"the machine is asking if you want to tip". We both said no. She shut the window without saying a word and walked away. This is half of a foot long. Going anywhere but here in the future. Order is seldom correct.
1th time here. I'd had a good experience here. The staff Michelle was cheerful in welcoming a person. Ryan could mulit-task like no tomorrow. I never seen a subway with a 2 story dining area. The store was clean, and orderly.
Why am I being asked to tip at a drive through subway? So now it's tip at fast food, or hope they don't spit in my sandwich? Pay your employees better, if I'm going to tip ill go to a sit down restaurant.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place. Zero Customer Service. Zero attempt to make the correct sandwich. When I had to go back for the right sandwich, I was asked if I would pay for another one. When I said no, They laughed and locked the window. ONE STAR IS FAR TOO HIGH FOR THIS PLACE.
Went in a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and customer service offered, the person who helped me, Mae, was able to answer all my questions and address my needs of being gluten free and allergic to most things offered and even with my restrictions and use of coupons and deals, she was helpful and informative about the options. I don’t know if she was acting manager but she provided an amazing service with her crew on staff, and was able to help with a variety of obstacles.
Was very disappointed with the service at this subway location 5 employees, two standing around and 3 working extremely slow. The sandwiches were not cut according to subway standards at an angle resulting in a poorly constructed sandwich making it hard to eat without making a mess. Also thanks for the overbearing amount of mayo that I didn't ask for
Won’t be getting a cent out of me or anyone in my family! I used to come to this store fairly often as it used to be my family’s favorite location but the past two times we’ve come in it’s been the same short and horrible purple haired girl. My daughter, who has a slight stutter, was trying to order for herself when this terrible girl started yelling at her to hurry up. I was too shocked to say anything especially because my daughter is barely 10 and we were the only people in the restaurant and things seemed slow. My daughter cried the moment we were in the car. I haven’t come back in until earlier today and when I saw she was working I nearly left until another girl with people hair who am I to judge came up to take our orders. I can’t tell you how relived I was until purple people eater began YELLING at the girl helping me. I would’ve said something but the second girl just continued to politely take my order so I decided to stay out of it. If a customer can’t come in without the same short fused pun intended girl yelling at coworkers AND children you shouldn’t be open. Don’t waste your time or money coming here, I know I won’t again.
Big round girl messed up my order. Gave me a sandwich with no meat! Mistakes happen so I’m understanding. I returned back and tried to get it fixed. She was hesitant and “fixed” my order in the most incorrect way possible. Slapped some cold meat on my sandwich. Now I wasted my lunch time and haven’t ate. Not only was she unhelpful she looked extremely dirty with poor hygiene. Perhaps it was the weather that affected her appearance and work performance. I would definitely avoid her shifts to avoid this problem again. Good luck and try to avoid this worker
