Friendly staff, but they are cheap with the ingredients and don't change gloves between sandwiches that can be a problem with allergies. I've went multiple times, but have been disappointed each time portion wise even when I ask for extra. Photo of Veggie Delight 6" Sub; dry cucumbers, extra peppers and onion, ranch, tiny amount of lettuce because they ran out. Edit add on: Veggies are usually old looking each time ‍
Good things first. Very clean, pleasant staff. Bad points - bill came to $34 for two people and my salad didn't even have a cup of lettuce, maybe 3 little pieces of chicken and one strip of bacon. My husband's sandwich - the bread was stale and it was very, very short on ingredients. Don't waste your money going here
STAY AWAY EVERYONE This Subway should be shut down. I bought a Teriyaki rice bowl for a fellow employee. I paid 12.50 for it , 1/2 cup lettuce One ice cream scoop of rice 6 small cubes of chicken 2 small tomato slices 2 cucumber slices And onion sauce. The bowl was not even 1/2 full, 1/4 tops I gave it to my co-worker and she said 12.50 for that. NO WAY I took it back and the reply the manager gave was even shocking.first her words were we ate most of it. The when the manager realized I am the owner of the restaurant on the next block. Her reaction & reason changed. She said if she gave everyone lettuce like the posted picture, she would run out and have to close. We took a picture of the salad and sent it to head office, we were then told it was not acceptable and we should just go to another Subway. Just can't believe it We contacted global news,they will be airing our experience. They are not welcome in my restaurant anymore. To everyone who has the need for Subway in Cache Creek B.C. Keep on driving by.
The lettuce was brown and the buns were yesterdays I’m sure. They only give very little of any veggie etc that you ask for. What you do get is very old, wilted or brown. Won’t stop there again .
Missing half of the ingredients asked for lots of green peppers I got four on a foot long and no one was up front for ten minutes Probably you should not go here a bit expensive compared to other branches
Busy place! Patient people lined up to the door waiting their turn to order from a shrill stressed woman. It was well staffed and stocked and wait times were minimal once ordered. Subs were good. Parking: Small parking area and picnic benches.

This subway has the laziest night time crew I have ever had to suffer threw, there were 2 people in front of me and it still took over 30 minutes. I had to walk out when I saw how disgusting the guy making my food made it look.
They didnt have all of the ingredients. The employee didnt seem like he wanted to be there and after spending $20.98 for one sandwich with double meat I didnt want to be there either.
Worse Subway we have ever been to. Lettuce was brown. My salad container was half full even after asking for more lettuce! Grill was broken so wraps were put in microwave. No spinach and all the other toppings were not fresh by no means. No hot water in the bathrooms to wash hands. The restaurant itself was just as cold inside as the -10 temperature outside. And our take out order for a family of 4 was not even put into a bag. I have never done a public review on a fast food place before but felt this was necessary.
