Ordered a 12 inch melt opened it thought there was only half and went back and they said they have to cut it in half to fit it in the bag. But did you have to smush the whole thing? Put each half in its own bag if it can’t fit in one because now I can’t hold it to eat it without getting covered in what should be on the inside of the sandwich. Also if someone is showing you with their order, actually look at it or hell even pretend to.
I ordered a six inch steak and cheese and I got less a cup full of steak. When I was about to get my drink the person that was on the register gave me the wrong size lid to the cup. They have no idea what they are doing.
I work in the mall and every time I go to this subway they give the worst service, worst food, and worst attitudes. I can’t believe this is allowed in the mall. My chicken sandwich that was 12$ was cold, and just plain bad. You can get something healthier and 10x better at Au Bon Pain, not to mention cheaper as well. Never eating from subway again.
Best subway grinder I ever had
Trash…. I was overcharged by $5 because I wanted it on a tomato basil wrap. I get this wrap everyweek never was I charged $15 for a wrap. Never going back even though this was my go to place since I work at the mall.

No real complaints. The manager is on it and you can tell she puts in a lot of work to make sure her staff is trained. I eat here at least once a week and never have an issue.
Deirdre was a delight. Staff was friendly and professional. Meatballs and bread was fresh. My family had a great lunch. If your not sure what to have for lunch. I suggest you come to the subway in the West Farms Mall see Deirdre’s warm smile and have a great meal!!!
They are so disgusting, using the same glove causing cross contamination. What happens if I was allergic to something? They carelessly slap down the food on your sandwich. Most of them are careless teens during the weekends. They couldn’t even close my sandwich properly, causing a mess when I opened it up.
I was only greeted with attitude. The lady went to go take off her gloves wiped her hands on the sides of her pants and then put new gloves on. Did not even wash her hands. It was so disgusting. I ended up throwing away the sandwich I spent money on. Worst experience.
