This was an exceptional experience. The staff provided high quality, value, and service, plus the store was very clean. Staff member Omar was highly professional, helpful and patient as we selected custom ingredients, and our takeout order was perfect. A+

This review is based primarily on the service..the food was not any different than what you normally get at a Subway..the atmosphere was quiet because of what day and time it was..Thursday afternoon at 2:30...the service was friendly which we all know is not the same at every Subway..there you go..Food: 3/5

Fancy subway... Nice and clean... All the ladies wearing plastic gloves making the food... One lady stood there and clean after everyone... Cashier seems eager to get you out... Good service...
I always order online, at least once or twice a month, and have a relative pickup so I'm not sure if the problem is new staff but sandwich quality has gone way down the last 6 to 8 months. The last 4 times the sandwiches have been missing toppings and just today I ordered "The Boss" which is supposed to have meatballs, pepperoni and mozzarella and it only had the meatballs in it and they were cold. I also asked for onions and black olives and it only had two pieces of onion, one on each side of the footlong. I had to dig out my own mozzarella cheese from the fridge and heat up the sandwich. Also, another sandwich I asked for it to be toasted and it wasn't. And, my pet peeve of all time, when they put the mayo & mustard last and most of it winds up on the paper. I've had to stop asking for it and then adding it at home so I can make sure it's in/on the sandwich. Sadly, I might have to find a new location. Definitely will be a long, long time before I order from here again.

Very nice sandwiches! Vitamin water is great. Lack of straws… and staff was unable to tend to 3 customers with two to three staff. Fron’ door was closed… … don’t know why..?
I get no chips no cheese in my sandwich order online sandwich cold the person at this store doesn't answer the phone complete b.s
The sub was really good, all the veggies were fresh and I didn't need to repeat myself on how much portion of veggies I wanted it was perfect. Very polite and clean. Will definitely come back again. Thank you!! To top it off a perfectly made cookie
