Boston Market

Hard no. I absolutely love Boston Market and enjoy the other locations in central Orlando. This Boston Market in Kissimmee has to be the worst location the company has. The upkeep inside and outside is horrible and needs help. They are always out of something and always closing early. Hire better staff! Send some managers over for help. I placed an online order and I got there a little after time to pick it up and they said they don’t get those online orders all the time. This isn’t the first time either! Somebody help this location. The staff looks run down as well and the food is not as good as the other locations.

The food was tasty. The kitchen looked clean but for some strange reason, the dining area was dark. No lights on. Service was fine. You buy at the counter, get your food and pick a seat to eat. There is no ambiance. Portions have shrunk considerably from past years. The food is salty but I do love the flavors, so I will go back. They ran out of several of the items I wanted to order, but they had alternatives that satisfied me.

I stopped by Monday evening to get dinner. I had to wait in drive through line for over 20 minutes with 2 vehicles in front of me. The dinning room was not busy at all. It seen excessive. Also I asked twice for mashed potatoes and gravy, and they did not give me the gravy. I purchased a meal for 3 chicken. It comes with 3 large sides. I got mashed potatoes with gravy, garlic dill potatoes, and sweet potatoes casserole Overall: the food taste great. I have had lunch at this location multiple times, and the service has been good. Also I have purchased dinner here before and the service has been good. I'm not sure why they took longer this time if they did not appear be busy. On a positive note, I had a rewards on my email from being a rewards member. I was having a problem getting the code to populate on my phone but the gentleman at the window gave me a discount anyway after I showed him my phone. That was a good customer service. The food taste good.

First time ordering... we purchased the family feast online to be delivered. Missing 1/2 a chicken and the gravy for the mashed potatoes. The food we received was good. Next time we will order for pickup and check before we depart.

I have eaten at Boston Market for years, however lately I have noticed a change in the Menu. Many of the side dishes I use to get are no longer available and the corn bread is thinner they also changed the flavor, it stinks. The service has declined no one greets you and you got to make sure that what you ordered is in the bag along with spoons, forks and knives. I am so diappointed they to bring back the orginal menu and better their service

Boston Market was my favorite spot once upon a time. Unfortunately, the food isn't really the same, including the Mac and cheese which was really watery. The cornbread was still good, though.Food: 3/5

Boston market is not like before. The mash potatoes taste like plain box mashed, the cornbread was graining like not cooked, the corn and broccoli had no flavor. Definitely, not eating from there again.

I have been coming to this Boston Market since 2009 and I have nothing bad to say, they have treated me well at the drive thru everytime. The food is delicious, you can taste the flavor of the rotisserie and the chicken is always juicy never dry. I feel I get my money's worth here, I love the portion size.

Food was good wish the portion was bigger, didn't like the meatloaf wish it had green peppers and celery. Customer svr was good just wished that the server didn't have to handle our foods without gloves and leaning over my food with a dirty apron. The chocolate cake was awesome.

They were not busy. 1-2 o'clock. 1 or 2 tables with customers already seated. Ordered chicken Alfredo and found a table. Then delivered my order to people who came in after me. So, of course, I got their order. Just takes a little bit longer. Chicken is baked with skin on. Poured Alfredo sauce over skin. Served in plastic tray. Once you get the skin off you lose most of the sauce. Not the experience I was looking for.
