Worst subways in the area. Avoid this place they will not take your valid coupon that they send you in the mail. The worker refused to honor my coupon for a foot long and on top of that the worker shredded my spinach into tiny pieces to “meet” my request for a little bit more spinach as the first attempt didn’t even make it to one end of the sandwich. Terrible experience!! I will travel out of my way to go to another location that isn’t trying to penny pinch the customer into writing a bad review. Subways by the green market in peck rd in El Monte you guys have terrible customer service. Only one guy in there knows how to treat customers right and the customer leaving happy.
I came here the other day and asked for a chicken bacon ranch fl and the ig the employee is Indian idk and he only put it in the toaster for 20 seconds which your supposed to put in for 40 seconds and my sandwich was cold and didn’t rlly taste good use to work at subway not that long ago so I know how long it’s supposed to be While that was cooking he still had on his gloves on that he prepared my sandwich and charged me. once that was done he went back to prepare my sandwich with the same gloves. I was kinda annoyed cuz at that point he should’ve changed it. Won’t be coming here if he’s gonna be there cuz that’s just gross
The indian dude is skimpy af. Tried calling to complain non answer. No sauce action and grabs the veggies like they ganna run out! Worst subways experience ever!!!
I went in on a hot day of 101°. The poor employees had no air conditioning. Employees said the owner hadn't sent anyone to fix it. Also the toaster oven didn't work so we couldn't get our sandwiches toasted. They were out of ice tea. Employees were nice but seems the owner doesn't want to spend on upkeep.
The manager there is lovely. She's always so kind and works really hard all the time i go. I like to see that managers work hard. It gives the store a happier vibe. Also, the food was delicious and quick out.
People are unfriendly here. Only this black guy is really cool, very outgoing, asks how are you. I placed an online order, not only was the manager like "idk what to tell you, I only got one order" but when I did get my order, it was not how I ordered it. Barely lettuce and yellow peppers. My bf went to pick up the sandwiches and it was 2:26 and they told him it wasn't 230 yet and they would have it ready at 230. I've eaten here before and the girls act like they don't like their jobs.
Awesome customer service! I usually go and either Kevin or Brianna helps me out on making my sandwich . They both know how i like it and what i want on it. They are both very friendly and always have a smile on their face when greeting the customers as they walk in. They are both a good example of customer service.
Best kept secret in El Monte...other cities have frozen veggies and hard bread and everything here was fresh and the kids we're very attentive and didn't up charge for every little thing!
The reason this location was given a ONE star is because of a certain lady that is full of attitude and is rude to her customers . I did not see a manager to compalin to but this lady is getting away with bad customer service because she did not wore a name tag to begin with. And has very little patience and apparently cannot hear. I usually like to praise restaurants on their sazón flavorand service is last on my reviews but this cannot go any further I rather I get bad feedback from other customers and correct me, than have another customer get awful to horrible service. So with all this written if you person female medium to heavy weight curled wavy hair. If you are reading this take my advice and adjust your demeanor towards the valuable customers that keep you employed and yeah lose your attitude. BTW after I asked you for an extra side of banna peppers you forgot to put them in our bag. The 5 foot long sandwiches we bought and made by attitude girl were satisfactory and nothing more. Walked in to a empty store, took five minutes for employees to acknowledge that someone was actually in the building. Ordered a sub of the day with 9 grain honey oat and got a ham sandwich on wheat bread. Staff has horrible powers if recall and there’s no restroom for customers. Go elsewhere to feed and relieve yourselves.
