Employees here are very rude. Came here on 9/4/22 at 1:45. Place mobile order for dine in. When I went to pick up employee was very argumentative I only ordered 2 drinks, but then she said I can have one for free. I showed her my receipt that showed I paid three drinks then she was like here take your drink. Then as my mom was drinking her lemonade she opened the cup to eat a piece of the ice she saw a bug frozen in the ice cube. We went to show employee and she grabbed the piece and tossed it in the trash bin. I told her the ice had a bug frozen in it and she casually just said it's dirt from the machine. Instead of apologizing she yelled at us because I told her to take a look at it she said your wetting my counter, what do you want me to do. When we told her we were gonna call her manager the other young employee started yelling call them call them it's not our job to clean the machines, if you don't like it bring your drink from home. These two girls were very rude and all they were doing was standing playing on their cell phone. That's unhygienic too. Instead of being apologetic they were rude and argumentative about the whole thing. This place is dirty even, the employees admitted the ice machine is not cleaned.
Very rude employee, February 2nd 2023 arrived at 8:39 pm and she had already closed the doors and refused to serve me. She said to come through the drive through but I had been walking. She completely ignored me trying to communicate that to her and didn’t even look at me. There is nothing that says that it’s only drive through especially not at 8:40 and especially that I’ve been here before at this same time.
This is just the second time I came to this location ans I just wanted to say both times I had a great experience. The workers were very helpful. Knew what they were doing .. they do speak very good English .. my first visit she spoke broken English but she made sure she understood my request. She knew exactly what to do . Great workers!!! Place is emaculate . They turn off the fountain drinks due to people coming in and trying to refill and run . But they do use gloves and place new gloves when they go to the next customer. AC inside the facility which is great! Music you can hear just enough that just makes this environment comfortable and enjoyable place to sit and eat.
The dayshift manager is terrible, if you order your lunch and ask for vegetables to put in your sandwich, you will get 3 pieces of onion and 3 pieces of tomatoes, and 3 pieces of cucumber, and when it comes to paying, they will charge $12 for one sandwich. Very stingy people. Don't eat there.
We go eat there and we found bugs on the drink ice and we talk to workers the answered with rude way why we not bring our drink from home dirty place and never go back there
I ordered a roast beef sub 2 days ago around 4pm it tasted bad and got sick within 4 hours.Food: 1/5
Great service. Unlike most shady place it takes coupons. Drive thru is a big plus.
Food was ok.. But look this is the United States of America and if you're going to hire people to work with the public make sure they speak English! Also there was another employee just standing there seeing the issues happening and did she come to help? No no she just stood there. Instead of helping the other person with me she skipped to another customer. Horrible service!
The workers there! They don’t cares what you’re ordered . They made so much mistakes. This is my 3rd time back and they still can get my orders correctly. Why are they bother to asked if you want toasted, what kind of bread and topping, then turn around they messed up. My sandwiches not toasted, wrong bread and wrong toppings. The worsted subway.
Sign says open but doors were closed. If you are closed then please turn off open sign
