The customer service here is very poor. The girl was rude. Almost like she didn't want to be there. She didn't eveb toast my bread enough.Food: 2/5

The worker they have in there name Jody is so freaking rude! I walked in and he instantly said “we’re closed”. If business is handled like this I’ll go else where. They don’t wear mask while making people food either so unprofessionaldue to Covidand gross. He is ignorant!! Than as I was walking out he I heard him say to his other coworker “why the hell she has a attitude”. If I was rude I would of had my husband approach him however he’s a young kid.

The price for a tuna salad was $9.00 which is outrageous. The tuna was more mayonnaise than tuna. Only because my wife had just left the hospital after a procedure I went ahead with the purchase. The service and food at this site are always up and down. Not good.

Some of the employees here cant make a sandwich Unironically its all the men i literally past through to see who’s working and if its any guys in there i pass on lunch for the day . Seriously the women here should get a raise the way they throw down behind the counter.

I did a mobile order and it was just right. I stopped going to subway for a while because they would not make my order how I asked and we're missing ingredients all the times. Its been about 6 month.  Today I wanted it. It was great!

I’ve been to a LOT of Subway restaurants around the Chicago area and this is definitely my favorite one, and, in my opinion, the best one. The quality is always consistent and I never have a problem with the staff. Seems like the owner likes to hire local teenagers, which I think is a HUGE plus. It gives them an opportunity to gain work experience and also helps to keep them out of trouble. If I lived closer to this location, I would come here more often. Otherwise, I try to avoid Subway restaurants altogether.

My first visit to Subway in a few years and this location can get my business anytime clean, friendly and good customer service.

I ordered doordash and they just did whatever with my sandwich apparently they don't know how to read instructions they need to start hiring people with the literacy over second grade I will never order door dash with them again

1st time picking up subway in over 6 months. The one in Beecher closed, so figured I'd try Crete since I was out that way. Left before ordering. Only 3 ppl in front of me, but no movement in the line at all. Only 1 person working, and the guy at the front had a big order. So, understandable I suppose. I don't mind waiting. While waiting I realized there was dead bugs everywhere near the front windows. Mainly bee's. After 30, i quit counting and left. Obviously, they have some kind of infestation. Probably 5 or 6 bees flying around the windows too. Lost customer for life. Be well Crete Subway...

The tuna was very dry . The customer service sucks. its my  sandwich so if I ask you a question don't get mad at me and roll your eyes ... I'm the one who will be eating it not you ..
