Terrible customer service from one of the young gentlemen there at the store… not the one with the long hair, but the other individual. As I was telling him my order, he made a face and with sarcasm in his voice he said “Of course mam….” Extremely rude. On one of the sandwiches he didn’t add all of the meatballs that go on the sandwich… instead he spoke to the other employee and said “We’re out of meatballs…” and throws the lid on the container…. Instead of him bringing out more or offering to get more from the back, he just left the sandwich as is… as you can tell from the photo that I attached. Very disappointed with this location….

This is the 2nd time I've found a sharp object in one of my sandwiches at this location. I messaged subway and they did apologize. I know it wasnt on purpose but if you notice you broke something then stop what you are doing and look for the missing peice before it ends up in someone's sandwich and the person gets hurt.

I usually never EVER write bad reviews because i know how much it sucks to work minimum wage jobs but one lady was so rude and kept rolling her eyes at me, and scoffed at me when the card machine wasn’t reading my card right. i know it sucks but when i’m trying my hardest to be nice even when you’re being really rude to me and then you scoff at me and get visibly and audibly agitated with me over that little thing? that’s not acceptable. the other employee, a guy, was very nice and understanding and helped me because the lady didn’t feel like helping me anymore.

Absolutely the WORST sandwich I have ever had. Asked for easy mayo, and it was just plopped in the middle like it was an afterthought. Bread was burnt. Will never, and I mean NEVER eat here again. Pitiful excuse for a sandwich.

The place has gotten worse and worse. Dirty, ride employees that don't care and would rather be on the phone then work. The food if they have what you want is very poor quality. Do your self a favor and don't waste your money.

This location has friendly staff, however, the management seems to be cutting corners and do not plan ahead when ordering supplies. This location is often out of their meats, vegetables, etc. I stop in to this location several times a month and it is hit and miss whether they have supplies.

I’ve never really felt the need to write a review for a restaurant before but yeah this one kinda needs it. I’ve been to quite a few Subways and worked at two of them, and this one was the worst. I didn’t get greeted at all or asked what I wanted, just stared at. I got a veggie delight with almost all the veggies and it was still flat as a pancake. I asked for my bread double toasted and the bread was still soft… My sister got bacon and I don’t know if the protocol for toasting it changed since I’ve worked there but it wasn’t toasted how we were supposed to. One of the employees was yelling at the other right in front of us… also the ingredients weren’t as fresh tasting as usual, didn’t look as good either. None of the employees were rude and were decent when talking to us though, so there’s the bright side.

I was very disappointed by the customer service provided by Diana. Off putting and not friendly. She doesn't seem to care at all. She didn't ask any questions and assumed that I was finished with my toppings and placed the sub in the oven without asking first. My son and I were the only customers there this morning but she had zero patience. I will not be coming back here. Subway is usually on par with most fast food but Diana made it a very unpleasant experience. The men's bathroom was also disgusting.

I came in around lunch time on 5/22/22 the workers barely greeted me, I ordered the chicken bacon ranch 6inch. The guy had done already just threw my sandwich together like he didn't want to be there and on top of that the chicken tasted nasty and old
