Very bad attitudes the staff does not believe in washing your hands does not believe in changing their gloves apparently is not happy very bad attitude very bad attitude just because you have glove lawn does not mean the next person food is fresh you should be changing gloves in between and making other people's food handling money touching other items in the back while making other people's food
Decent subway. Least this one had a working restroom, that's 1 for 3 so far, the usual ones I go to are always out of order. Only one person working but he was putting out sandwiches fairly quickly. I did mention easy on the mayo and got my sandwich painted in mayo.Food: 2/5
On January 1st me and my fiance came in to order few sandwiches. The customer service was very poor. The guy who was working was very rude, unprofessional, and kept throwing our food. Has no manners. Very disrespectful.Food: 4/5
3pm in the afternoon to beat the dinner crowd is A L W A Y S the best way to order here Fridays for me. The employees are familiar with our 'usual' and get to work as soon as we walk in!! We're so lucky to have these women who pay close attention to us locals. Thank you for getting us through the line quickly and out the door within a few minutes. This Subway is my personal favorite. Simple. Clean. Familiar faces and now N E W cookie flavors! Mint chocolate chip and raspberry lemonade!
Spent over $50 on food waited over 45 min. He messed up two sandwiches and then said he couldn't fix it. He charged me to remake my sandwich. I was too irritated to argue with this kid who obviously has no idea how business works. But what should I expect when he can't make a sandwich. Horrible customer service. I should have gone to firehouse subs...... update!!!! I have received harassing phone calls from the subway employee after leaving this message. I assume they got my number because i did an online order. So obviously a breach of privac . I will be reporting it to corporate.
The last time I came to this location was a few months ago. I had put my order in on the app and after picking it up and getting home realized that none of my order was made the way I had ordered it. This is my first time back since then and it was a completely different experience! I did not order on the app this time but chose to go into the store instead. They have remodeled so it looks really nice inside and a good aesthetic to sit down and enjoy your food. The two ladies that helped me were very friendly and did a great job making the sandwiches just as requested.
Awful! One employee here who is doing her best but is solo. Our express order was to be ready at 2 and it is 2:16 and she’s just now making it. She said she called the manager for back up and there was no answer. This is the second time this has happened here. She was told it doesn’t get busy at this location and was left alone. She’s being pleasant and making great sandwiches. But we won’t be back. Poor management! 2:30 I’m walking out with our order that was to be ready at 2.
Order thru app 4 footlongs 3 double meat. 2 double tuna was not double tuna. Called restuarant and girl said she as made the sandwich correctly and girl seemed irritated. I usually eat at the location next to kroger and always get double tuna. I also frequent other locations due to my work. Did not go back due to girl I spoke with had a little attitude.
Loved the two young boys who were working tonight 9/22/21 very fast, super friendly and welcoming sandwiches were made great and timely manner.. we need more happy workers like them! Great job management!
Horrible service. Walked in. No hello because no one was at the counter. Food prep area was nasty. Out of or low on a lot of items! Worker looked like he didn’t want to be there. Not a welcoming environment at all. I’ll stick to going to the one on West Lake Houston. Ugh
