Horrible customer service, told me they close at 8pm and it was barely 7:30pm and 'sandwich artists' were extremely rude about it. I went home empty handed and hungry. But at least I have my money that I can spend somewhere that deserves it because it won't be here again. I've already had many rude encounters but this was the final straw. I understand how it is to work at subway, I used to be the 'Person In Charge' for closing and I never refused a customer before closing and I closed at 11pm... Not 8pm... For the owner, if they care about their customers, Saturday, December 10th.
Horrible service!!!! I stood there 3 min while the workers were on their phone and when i said hello she answered " you need to wait".. worst part is they were talking in Spanish saying so many profanities and stating that management wont fire them because they need them so matter how many bad reviews they get or complaints they wont get fired.. its ridiculous too have blunt conversations like that infront of costumers and prioritizing their phones instead of their work. Good to know the owner doesnt care of the reviews ..Wont be coming back ever again!!!!
Open late, my girlfriend and I were on the hunt for some scran after a night of wailing in the Gaslight round the block. You’ll find the eatery in the corner of a typical L shaped shopping corner near the CVS. We enjoyed the sandwich, drunkenly on the brick wall of the car park before our uber in shining armour, trundled us back too our abode.
Ok service. They dont accept EBT
Terrible experience. Long line, 1 person working, order through the app and they didn’t have what I ordered. The girl at the front didn’t want to substitute for something else but she didn’t know how to cancel the order bc I order through the app . So frustrating bc the app doesn’t let the costumer cancel, it has to be the restaurant and they don’t even show their workers how to do it. Not going there again. Also, Bad attitudes from the employee, I understand she was the only one at the time but she doesn’t need to act all rude and be mad at costumers bc they decide to do business with a restaurant that doesn’t have enough staff members.
HORRIBLE customer service! RUDE, bad attitude!
This is the second time I come here and it’s closed. It looks like the line is fully set up and ready for customers but the doors are locked. Waited both times for 15 minutes and no one ever came. Online it says it’s open and it looks open upon arrival but doors are locked.
If I could take away a star - I would. Unless you are Mexican or Black, you will not be treated properly here. The staff are racist especially towards Asians. One of them covered her nose when serving me and she did not do that with the other guest who happens to be Black. The other fat Mexican guy talked down to me as if I didn't understand English. Shame on Subway for allowing such staff to even be employed. Such filth should be living on the streets.
They aren't open the times they state. They are advertised as a 24 hr operation. I showed up around 2:15 after a long day and they said their hours had changed and they closed at 3:00 am. Clearly, it wasn't that late, but all of their food, veggies and bread was gone. They close before their required time and the manager doesn't care. Enjoy their mediocre food and terrible management.
Staff not friendly at all got one and half slice portion of the cheese that comes with the chicken Caesar wrap and when I complained they told me had to pay more and cashier did not even say bye.I like the food but not at this location
