This is the worst subway not only in Albemarle, but in the whole state, probably. The staff are indifferent and use language in front of customers, they don’t care enough to know the menu, and cannot be bothered to even ask a manager if they don’t know the answer themselves. My husband has gotten food poisoning from there twice, and when we contacted the store, we were told we would get a call back, but no call ever came and that was over a year ago. I know the store cannot do anything about the franchise requirements of having the cups available to the customers, but when a little boy had grabbed a cup, dropped it on the floor, and put it in his mouth, and his mother decided to not buy that cup, the employee put that cup back into the dispenser for the next customer. They need some serious work to be as good as they can be. I’m not expecting Chick-fil-a style service. Just a clean and decent place to eat.

Very disappointed, my sandwich has so much mustard in it that I literally had to wipe it with a towel before I could eat. My husband even asked for a small amount and the sever laughed! I call them before 9pm and they had already quit answering the phone.

Love Subway in Walmart them ladies make great sandwiches and have a great attitude while doing it! That's the way u take care of your customers! 😁
