Worst subway I've ever been too. Fila, the guy in charge, is always rude. Service in general is bad. I have to ask "what?" multiple times when they ask me questions. It seems this subway is more expensive and they never accept any coupons or have daily deals. Completely awful. I present my coupon, he doesn't even look at me and says "we don't take those". I guess it's Filas world and we all just live in it.

Worst subway branch I have ever been to. My order was steak and chees. When I see they putting half seatk to my sandwich as what I usually get. I asked them add little bit more and they instead attention to my request asked manager hey this guy wants more steak and manager was worst than other workers he told me: thats all I can get with a very grumpy face and mad. He could at least tell me we will add some more for you but it cost more to me.I was more than happy to pay the extra amount. The way they treaded me was so bad and I was Embarrassed in front of other students I just remembered a movie when soldier asked for one more bowl soup and they rejected him. But it was a Tragedy movie belongs to World War II not 2017 in Washington State! Maybe it looks like funny to you but I never forget this very bad experience and also never go to that branch again well Subway sandwich it's still my favorite but not in Cascadia bothell anymore.

Busy all the time.. really the only healthy choice on campus. Good deals, okay service..

Fila is TERRIBLE, extremely terrible customer service and is extremely rude.

The main counter guy is extremely rude. Since Subways always skimp on the meat, I usually order extra meat when I go to any Subway which is on the menu for an additional $2. At this particular Subway, the guy laughed at me when I ordered extra meat (which is on the menu) and looked at me like I was crazy. Another time I walked in 30 minutes before closing the same guy had already packed half of the vegetables away. The other employees are average but the main counter guy is a total jerk, far worse than any other Subway employee I have encountered. Its a shame that UW Bothell doesn't have many food options on campus so I often get stuck eating here when I didn't have time to make/pack a lunch from home. As far as food services go, the people on campus at the cafe's and food trucks are always very kind and give great service. Unfortunately this is not the case with the Subway on campus, and the counter guy should have been fired long ago.
