Absolutely the best customer service of any subway anywhere! By far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long while. Mary greeted every customer as they walked in and was very friendly. You could tell that the team was working together to fill the orders and there was just a happy vibe in the air. 10 out of 5!

this is one of the worst establishments I have ever been to. When the regular lady is there it's fine, but today she wasn't. There was an ugly, white boy and girl. I asked them to put bacon on my sandwich, but heat up the bacon separately as I didn't want my sandwich toasted. The bacon never made it's way on to my sandwich. I was charged for the invisible bacon. Then, when the ugly, white boy put lettuce on my sandwich, he also picked up a stray pepper and other pieces of lettuce that shouldn't have been in the bin. He saw the pepper peeking out of the lettuce in my sandwich and looked up at me. I was staring at the pepper myself, but he never removed it. During the checkout process the white boy had an ugly stank face the whole time. Next time the regular lady isn't there I'm just going to leave. It's not worth it.

Dear Valley West Subway owners. Every time I have visited your location the same two outstanding ladies have been working. They are always smiling, friendly, prompt and polite! Further more they bring a sense of community to your store! Each time I have visited they know other customers in line, or are waiving at folks outside! You truly have a special team here, and the ladies do a fantastic job and deserve much praise! I hope you can let them know!

Lost a potential local regular customer. Unfriendly employee - No rye bread available for the Reuben and they put half the meat on the sandwich compared to the commercial and then said it would be an upcharge when I noticed the error. I basically got ripped off and the sandwich was bad. The other reviews here confirmed my experience!

Walked in and was greeted by the woman behind the counter who happened to be a store manager. She was distracted with who seemed to be a clocked out employee before serving me. Upon serving I had to tell her what I wanted atleast three different times and she kept getting the wrong thing. Checkout was quick but she walked away from me halfway through paying to help the next person. When it said approved and a recipt printed she yelled thank you and nodded to receipt (as to tell me to grab it myself). She wasnt very focused on the customer and obviously had other things on her mind.
