The rest room was cordoned off but I was eating there for like 30 minutes in midday and I didn't see anyone cleaning and I asked if I could use it and a grumpy lady behind the counter said ' It Is Being Cleaned!' in a condescending tone. Most coffee shops and fast food places I've been to clean just before closing time.

They don't have the full menu (like certain types of cookies, cheeses... etc) and the staff isn't always the friendliest. I'd recommend going to the subway at MOA instead if you can

I just had a horrible experience. The girl working here today 5:52pm 6/21/17 was rude and didn't want to serve anyone. She locked most of the doors to get in. She closed the lobby and locked the bathroom door and informed people at 5:45pm that she is closing in an hour when the door sign clearly states the restaurant is open until 7:30pm. I really had to use the bathroom so this was a major inconvenience.

Took the light rail this AM, so I tried getting a breakfast sandwich at 7:10 and the door was locked and the Open sign turned off. Called and I was hung up on. When I called back the worker picked the phone up and let it sit the 2nd time and I thought it was the answer machine. When I called back a 3rd time to ask if they're open he yeller I told you it's open then hung up then I saw him getting bread on the racks. Haven't had Subway in years and I don't think I will start. I hope they replace with Jimmy Johns. I can tell why this place has low ratings and I'm surprised they are in business. Hopefully Mgmt will use this or something better will move in.
