Terrible experiences lately. All the old workers so nice, great, friendly and caring! Lately, there is one lady, who is very rude. She will sit on her phone and make you wait in line so she can be on her phone, she didn't wash her hands after touching her phone and just made our sandwiches, she always tries to give me less meat than what is supposed to be, the last three times now I have had to tell her she miscounted, she always talks to her friends or family in the store and will make you wait to order while she talks to them, etc. the other workers are decent, but are never there when I go. If you want your food in a reasonable time manner, and friendly workers, go to the one on Main Street.

Me and my wife usually have really good luck here but today not so much. The two "employees" were talking to I am guessing a friend of thiers when we got in and they let us waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes before we could order. When we did they apparently ran out of the pulled pork special they have going on so she just put cubed chicken in the sauce. I asked the employee if that was the pulled pork and her response was "yeah looks pretty nasty doesn't it" But when we ordered a chicken sub they where out of the cubed chicken. None of the meat that they did have was portioned she was just throwing handfuls of steak on my sub. I am a pretty laid back guy and if this happened like right before close I could understand but this happened at 7pm on a Friday night.

Won't be eating at this Subway again if Chase is working. So much for sandwich artisan. He is a sandwich DESTROYER. He tore the bread apart.VERY unsanitary, counters were very dirty. Will be talking to management. He was a basket case.

My husband orders here often, we shop at Wal-Mart alot. March 5th, he asked for a chicken caesar salad..they "dont have that", so he said make something similar. He ended up with a Club salad. He also asked for a 6-inch sandwich..she asked what bread n cheese, but then she put club meat on the 6-inch. Thats not what we wanted..my husband was already fed up, so he just paid and left. He wanted white cheese in the salad, but she said he cant have that, and gave him shredded cheese blend. He didn't even eat his salad when he got home. I called Subway, The manager offered a free salad next time we come in...and apologized..which I appreciated (it was her that made his food). I am satisfied with that outcome, however, shouldn't have been this way in the first place.
