Bert. I had such a wonderful experience here with my girlfriend. We went late at night before closing, and were greeted by the most kind, funny, professional, young gentlemen, named Bert. Not only did Bert have sweet skills with a knife and some italian-herbs and cheese bread, he had skills entertaining and interacting. Bert made my girlfriend and I laugh more than most stand-ups. Bert was also a good listener, and was equally interested in getting to know us as customers. Never have I had such a pleasant experience at a Subway. The sandwiches turned out great, too.

There was an Indian lady and she came in and was clocked in and was just sitting in the back while there's three people standing wating in line. Then she started making my sandwich and was about to put in the toaster without asking me if I even wanted my sandwich toasted. She didn't even make eye contact and was very rude. She rushed me through my whole order. Also she was talking to the other employees as if she was in charge and asked if she was and she wasn't but the way she talk to the other employees was very inappropriate especially in front of customers.

2 cups of mayo on a foot long after I asked them to stop at the first 2 tablespoons worth. Sandwich is swimming in mayo and is inedible. The lady making it pretended she didn't understand me (even though she spoke perfect unaccented English when we walked up and greeted us but switched once I asked about a product they no longer had) and kept pouring mayo on then wouldn't scrape it off and bagged it up. Also tried to add veggies I didn't ask for. Not going back
