Had one of the friendliest encounters in customer service here at this location (12.14.17 @ 2:30ish.) Walking in, a lady with short blonde hair (wish I got her name) greeted us with the most warm welcoming. Mr.Clay made my son his favorite meatball sub with a smile, and proceeded with a kind gesture that made my whole week. The smallest things can go a long way, and it really warmed my heart to see people put in the extra effort! Thank you again Mr.Clay!

I would not recommend this Subway to anyone. A lady with short blonde hair denied my service because she was too lazy to prepare an item that was out. I came in the store around 10:20pm and it closes at 11:00pm. I wanted to order a BLT but her excuse was "I am out of bacon and I'm about to close so I can't make that, I would have to prepare a whole thing." So! I just walked out because that was just ridiculous and I didn't want to cause a scene. I will definitely be reporting her. Fair warning when the sign says open at Subway, they're really not!

This place gets worse each visit. I come to this location because of how close it is to my house. After today's visit I will not go back to this location again. Subway is great but this location is slacking. They have kids working there and they don't care about their job let alone your sandwich. Today I was asked my order 3 times. I gave my order 3 times and the guy would have gotten the first or even second time if he was actually listening to what I said. After he put my sloppy sandwich in the oven he sneezed on his gloves and the entire meat section. I gave him the opportunity to change his gloves and wash his hands but he didn't. When he decided to pull my sandwich out I had to stop him. I told him I was sorry but I didn't want him touching my food because he had sneezed on his hands. Another guy stepped in he had made my sons sandwich. My sandwich was burnt but I said nothing. He appoligized and the other guy was upset that I asked him not to touch my food. Subway is a really good place to eat but it all comes down to the location and employees. Unfortunately, this location just doesn't get it. I hope they decide to get better employees if they hope to make it at this location.

Me and my father went to this location to eat and the manager Laura there was being very aggressive and very rude to us

Everytime I go to this location the employees seem like they don't want to be any they don't care about your sandwich, they literally just throw it on there and don't spread the contents of the sandwich
